Enhancement to our in house service
We are currently updating our in house technology to provide a more efficient operating system which will further enhance the service we provide to our customers.
You’ll notice over the coming weeks our collectors will have tablets for inputting collection data; this is a faster and more reliable method of collection.
Similarly with service, our engineers will be equipped with smart phone which will carry more information on individual sites thus allowing engineers access to more machine information when on site thus greatly helping with more accurate fault evaluation.
